Trunk Release Inoperative From Transmitter Only

  1. Backprobe self-powered test light between Remote Function Actuator (RFA) module harness connector terminal E1 (Light Blue wire) and voltage while pressing transmitter trunk release button.
  2. If test light comes on, repair open circuit in Light Blue wire. If test light does not come on, replace RFA module. Reprogram transmitter. See PROGRAMMING  .
