Rev Test

Using scan tool, command PCM to enable cruise control system. Set parking brake and start engine. Move cruise control switch to OFF position, and then to ON position. Wait 3 seconds. After 3 seconds, depress and hold SET button. Hold slider switch in Resume/Accelerate (R/A) position. Fully depress and hold brake pedal.
After 10 seconds, release brake pedal while holding R/A and SET switches. Engine RPM should increase momentarily, and then return to idle. Clear any Diagnostic Trouble Codes (DTCs) which may be set.
