Removal & Installation

  1. Remove left front wheel. Remove inner splash shield. Disconnect Electronic Brake Control Module (EBCM) harness connector. Disconnect EBCM harness from bracket. Remove EBCM mounting screws. Remove EBCM.
  2. To install, reverse removal procedure. Tighten EBCM mounting bolts to 97 INCH lbs. (11 N.m). Perform ABS diagnostic system check. See appropriate ANTI-LOCK article in BRAKES.
