Installation Procedure

Important:
- The face of the pulley hub must be flush with the end of the pump driveshaft.
- Do not use the arbor press to install the pulley.
- Use the J 25033-C in order to install the power steering pump pulley.
- Install the power steering pump pulley to the power steering pump.
- Install the accessary drive belt. Refer to DRIVE BELT REPLACEMENT in Engine Mechanical - 3.5 L.
- Install the engine coolant recovery reservoir. Refer to SURGE TANK REPLACEMENT .
- Install the accessary wiring junction block. Refer to UNDERHOOD ELECTRICAL CENTER OR JUNCTION BLOCK in Wiring Systems.
