Vacuum Pump Relay

Turn ignition on. Turn cruise control switch off. Using a test light, connect one lead to ground and touch each terminal in sequence with other lead. Light should glow on White/Black wire terminal only. With cruise control switch on, light should glow on each wire terminal.
