Fuel Injection Mixer: Disassembly
- Remove throttle position sensor. Disconnect rubber hose from fuel pressure regulator and mixing body. Remove injector retainer tightening screws and remove retainer. Remove fuel pressure regulator from retainer.
- Remove pulsation damper cover from retainer and take out spring and diaphragm. See Fig 1 . Pull injectors from mixing body. DO NOT clamp injector with pliers. Remove gaskets from body. Remove throttle return spring and damper spring. Remove connector bracket. Remove ISC servo mounting bracket retaining bolts, then ISC servo and bracket. Remove the 2 screws and then remove the mixing body and seal ring from throttle body.
