Window Control Switch Test

  1. If failure is in passenger or rear doors, connect jumper wires to that switch connector as shown. See Figure . Check operation of motor by making jumper connections on left front main switch connector.
  2. If failure is in left front door, it is not necessary to disconnect or jump any other switch. If motor operates using jumper wires, a switch is causing failure. If window motor does not operate using jumper wires, perform MOTOR LIFT TEST  .
