Test 8A - Traveler Button Problem
- Using scan tool, read traveler switch status. If scan tool displays CIRCUIT CLOSED for the STEP or US/M buttons, replace traveler module. If scan tool does not display CIRCUIT CLOSED for the STEP or US/M buttons, go to next step.
- Press STEP button on traveler module. If scan tool does not display CIRCUIT CLOSED, replace traveler module. If scan tool displays CIRCUIT CLOSED, go to next step.
- Press US/M button on traveler module. If scan tool does not display CIRCUIT CLOSED, replace traveler module. If scan tool displays CIRCUIT CLOSED, system is operating properly at this time.
