Electrical Component Locator: Switches
SWITCHES LOCATION

| A/C Head Pressure Switches (Diesel) | In refrigerant line, near compressor. See Figure. |
| A/C High Pressure Cut-Out Switch | On left side of compressor. |
| A/C Pressure Cycling Switch | On right side of engine cowl. See Figure. |
| A/C Temperature Cut-Out Switch | On top of engine, near fuel filter. |
| Back-Up Light Switch | On left side of transmission case. |
| Brake Pressure Switch | Below left side of brake fluid reservoir. See Figure. |
| Brake Switch | On brake pedal support. |
| Column Shift Switch | On base of steering column. |
| Console Shift Switch | On base of console shifter. |
| Coolant Fan Switch | On front of engine, below left side of valve cover (4-Cyl.) or top of engine near distributor (V6). See Figure. |
| Coolant Fan Switch (Diesel) | On top of engine, left of air crossover. |
| Engine Temperature Switch (Diesel) | On front of engine, above exhaust manifold. See Figure. |
| Low Brake Vacuum Switch | On brake booster unit. See Figure. |
| Oil Pressure Switch | On rear of engine, right of distributor (4-Cyl.), below alternator (V6), or front of engine right of oil filter (Diesel). See Figure & 14. |
| Parking Brake Switch | On parking brake assembly. |
| Power Steering Cut-Out Switch | On left side of engine, below coolant inlet. |
