Security Indicator Short Test

With Ignition in OFF, disconnect PASS Key Decoder Module. Turn Ignition to RUN.

• If SECURITY Indicator is off, replace PASS Key Decoder Module.
• If SECURITY Indicator is on, check GRY (923) wire for a short to ground. Repair/replace wire as necessary. If wire is OK, check bulb, Instrument Cluster.
