Heating Ventilation Air Conditioning Control Module: Installation

1. Connect Heating Ventilation Air Conditioning (HVAC) control module harness connectors.
2. Push HVAC control module into Instrument Panel (IP) opening.
3. Install HVAC control module retaining screws. See Fig 2 . Tighten screws to 22 INCH lbs (2.5 N.m).
4. Align retainers on IP accessory trim plate to slots in IP.
5. Install retainers into slots until retainers are fully seated.
6. Install 2 screws to lower trim plate. See Fig 1 . Tighten screws to 18 INCH lbs (2 N.m).
