Installation Procedure

  1. Position the lower liftgate trim panel to the liftgate pinch-weld flange and the liftgate strikers.
  2. Install the lower liftgate trim panel to the liftgate pinch-weld flange, pressing down on the liftgate trim panel until fully seated.
  3. Install the right and left sides of the lower liftgate trim panel, pressing in the push-in retainers until fully seated.

  4. Position the upper liftgate trim panel to the liftgate pinch-weld flange.
  5. Install the upper liftgate trim panel to the liftgate pinch-weld flange, pressing down on the upper liftgate trim panel until fully seated.
  6. Position the defogger harness to the cut out in the upper liftgate trim panel.
  7. Install the right and left sides of the upper liftgate trim panel, pressing in the push-in retainers until fully seated.
  8. Close the liftgate.
