Installation Procedure

- Install the seal on the drain cock plug stem.
- Install the drain cock plug. Make sure that the body is fully seated in the side tank and that the locking tabs are engaged.
- Install the lower air deflector. Refer to RADIATOR AIR BAFFLE AND DEFLECTOR REPLACEMENT - LOWER .
- Fill the cooling system. Refer to DRAINING AND FILLING COOLING SYSTEM .
