Installation Procedure

Insert the run channel (1) into the door through the front access hole.
Slide the run channel up along the window, making sure the upper portion is under the door frame applique.
CAUTION: Refer to FASTENER NOTICE .
Install the lower fastener.
Tighten

Tighten the fastener to 9 N.m (80 lb in).

Lower the window to the full down position.
Pull out enough of the lower rear edge of the window seal to install the upper fastener in the run channel and door applique.
Install the fastener.
Reinstall the window seal to the door frame.

Install the window inner belt seal. Refer to Sealing Strip Replacement - Front Door Window Belt Inner .
Install the water deflector. Refer to Water Deflector Replacement - Front Door .
Install the door trim panel. Refer to Trim Panel Replacement - Side Front Door .
