Removal Procedure

  1. Roll the second row seats forward.
  2. Fold the third row seat down.

  3. Open the guide loop covers from the left rear seat belt.

  4. Remove the guide loop bolts from the second and from the third row seat belts.

  5. Remove the upper trim from the second and third row pillars.

  6. Remove the storage compartment. Refer to STORAGE COMPARTMENT REPLACEMENT -- REAR (RENDEZVOUS) .
  7. Remove the rear liftgate sill.

  8. Remove the cargo tie-down loops from the rear quarter trim.
  9. Pull the top of the quarter trim loose to gain access to the bolts that secure the rear object alarm detection module.
  10. Remove the bolts.
  11. Remove the electrical connector to the module.
  12. Remove the rear object alarm detection module.
