Anti-theft deterrent system on this vehicle is comprised of two separate systems, Vehicle Theft Deterrent (VTD) system and optional Content Theft Deterrent (CTD) system. VTD, prevents drive away theft by keeping vehicle from starting. CTD vehicle alarm system discourages unauthorized entry into vehicle. Systems are described and diagnosed separately within this section.
