Installation Procedure

- Install the radiator inlet hose.
- Connect the radiator inlet hose to the radiator.
- Reposition the hose clamp at the radiator to secure the hose using the J 38185.
- Connect the radiator inlet hose to the thermostat housing.
- Reposition the hose clamp at the thermostat housing to secure the hose using the J 38185.
- Fill the cooling system. Refer to Draining and Filling Cooling System .
