Installation Procedure

- Connect the coaxial cable connector to the radio.
- Connect the electrical/audio connectors to the radio.
- Install the radio to the instrument panel (IP).
Important: If the radio locator tab is difficult to align to the IP locator opening, pull the radio toward you and reposition the antenna cable.
- Align the radio control locator tab to the IP locator hole while carefully pressing the radio into the IP until fully seated.

NOTE: Refer to FASTENER NOTICE . - Install the radio screws.
Tighten
Tighten the radio screws to 2 N.m (18 lb in).
- Install the IP cluster trim plate. Refer to TRIM PANEL REPLACEMENT -- IP CLUSTER .
