Engine Coolant Temperature Sensor: Installation

Whenever ECT sensor is removed, coat threads with Sealer (9985253) before reinstallation. Install ECT sensor into cylinder head and tighten to specification. See TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS . Reconnect harness connector to ECT sensor. Fill and bleed cooling system. See COOLING SYSTEM BLEEDING under COOLING SYSTEM. Reinstall engine cover.
