Ignition is on.
Battery voltage is 9-18 volts.
Engine Coolant Temperature (ECT) is less than 158°F (70°C).
Fuel level is 15-85 percent of capacity.
Vehicle speed is less than 3 MPH.
Stored DTCs have been cleared.
