Crankshaft Position Sensor: Installation

Inspect CKP sensor "O" ring and lubricate with a mineral based grease. Gently insert the CKP sensor into the block. Install CKP sensor bolt and tighten to specification. See TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS . Install the CKP sensor connector. Install starter. Tighten starter bolts to specification. Reconnect starter wiring. Lower vehicle. Reconnect negative battery cable.
