Installation Procedure

- Position the lock cylinder to the outer door panel.
- Connect the lock rod to the latch mechanism.
- Install the C-clip to the lock cylinder.
- Pull back the front door sound insulator. Refer to Front Side Door Insulator Replacement .
- Install the outer front door panel. Refer to Front Side Door Outer Panel Replacement .
- Inspect the lock cylinder for proper operation.
IMPORTANT:
Incorrect orientation of the lock cylinder retainer will result in improper fit of the outer door panel.
