Installation Procedure

  1. Install the engine mount to the engine mount bracket.
  2. Install the engine mount upper nuts.

    Tighten 

    Tighten the engine mount upper nuts to 53 N.m (39 ft. lbs.).

  3. Install the engine mount bracket with the engine mount to the oil pan.

  4. Install the engine mount bracket-to-oil pan bolts.

    Tighten 

    Tighten the engine mount bracket bolts to 58 N.m (43 ft. lbs.).

  5. Use the utility stand in order to lower the engine.
  6. Install the engine mount lower nuts.

    Tighten 

    Tighten the engine mount lower nuts to 47 N.m (35 ft. lbs.).

  7. Install the right engine splash shield
  8. Install the right front wheel and tire.
  9. Connect the three-way catalytic converter pipe to the engine right side exhaust manifold.
  10. Lower the vehicle.
  11. Install the engine mount struts.
  12. Install the throttle body air inlet duct.
  13. Connect the battery ground (negative) cable.
