ABS Data Definitions

The Data Display function contains lists of ABS data parameters. A brief description of all ABS data parameters available on the scan tool are listed below. The list is arranged in alphabetical order.

ABS Active:  This parameter indicates if the ABS is currently in an ABS event or not.

ABS Warning Lamp:  This indicates the state of the ABS indicator.

Brake Switch:  This parameter indicates the state of the brake switch.

Ignition Voltage:  This parameter indicates the ignition positive voltage at the EBCM.

Left Front Wheel Speed:  Display shows actual wheel speed of the left front wheel.

Left Rear Wheel Speed:  Display shows actual wheel speed of the left rear wheel.

LF Solenoid Commanded:  This display indicates the commanded state of the left front solenoid valve.

LF Solenoid Monitor:  This display indicates the actual state of the left front solenoid valve.

LR Solenoid Commanded:  This display indicates the commanded state of the left rear solenoid valve.

LR Solenoid Monitor:  This display indicates the actual state of the left rear solenoid valve.

Pump Motor Commanded:  This display indicates the commanded state of the ABS pump motor.

Pump Motor Monitor:  This display indicates the actual state of the ABS pump motor.

RF Solenoid Commanded:  This display indicates the commanded state of the right front solenoid valve.

RF Solenoid Monitor:  This display indicates the actual state of the right front solenoid valve.

Right Front Wheel Speed:  Display shows actual wheel speed of the right front wheel.

Right Rear Wheel Speed:  Display shows actual wheel speed of the right rear wheel.

RR Solenoid Commanded:  This display indicates the commanded state of the right rear solenoid valve.

RR Solenoid Monitor:  This display indicates the actual state of the right rear solenoid valve.

Valve Relay State:  This parameter indicates the actual state of the solenoid valve relay.
