Removal & Installation

- Disconnect all the harness connectors at the Ignition Control Module (ICM).
- Note position of spark plug wires for installation and disconnect the spark plug wires from ignition coils. See Figure .
- Remove the screws securing coil assemblies to the ICM.
- Disconnect the coils from the ICM.
- Remove the ICM from the bracket.
- To install, reverse removal procedure. Tighten ignition coil mounting screws to specification. See TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS .
