Zone 2

  1. Turn steering wheel to place vehicle wheels in straight-ahead position. Turn ignition off and remove key. Remove SIR fuse (10-amp) from fuse block, located in junction block in center console. See Figure.
  2. Remove driver-side lower B-pillar trim panel. Remove Side Impact Sensor (SIS) from lower B-pillar. See SIDE IMPACT SENSOR (SIS)  under REMOVAL & INSTALLATION. Remove Connector Position Assurance (CPA) clip from Side Impact Sensor (SIS) connector. Disconnect SIS connector.
