Installation Procedure

  1. Position the sunroof module to the vehicle roof, with an assistant.
    NOTE: Refer to FASTENER NOTICE in Cautions and Notices.
  2. Install the sunroof module to roof bolts.

    Tighten 

    Tighten the sunroof module to roof bolts to 10 N.m (89 lb in).

  3. Connect the front drain hoses to the sunroof module.
  4. Connect the rear drain hoses to the sunroof module.
  5. Connect the electrical connector to the following components:
    • The actuator
    • The express module
  6. Inspect for proper operation of the sunroof.
  7. Install the headliner. Refer to HEADLINER REPLACEMENT in Interior Trim.
