Windshield wiper/washer system consists of following components:
- Wiper motor and transmission module.
- Wiper arm and blade assemblies.
- Washer pump.
- Washer solvent container.
- Wiper/washer switch.
Wiper/washer system operates in following modes:
- WASH mode.
- MIST mode.
- DELAY mode.
- LO mode.
- HI mode.
When wiper switch is turned off, wiper motor returns wipers to park position. Voltage is applied to accessory voltage circuit when ignition is in the ACC or ON position. Wiper motor is equipped with Radio Frequency Interference (RFI) suppression.
