EGR Valve: Installation

Install the cleaned or the replacement EGR valve using a new gasket. Install the EGR valve retaining nuts/bolts. Tighten the retaining bolts/nuts to specification. See TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS . Install the heat shield. Tighten the heat shield nuts to specification. Reconnect the EGR valve electrical connector.
