Installation Procedure

  1. Install the regulator to the midgate.
    2. NOTE: Refer to Fastener Notice in Cautions and Notices.
  2. Install the nuts retaining the window regulator to the midgate.

    Tighten:  Tighten the window regulator nuts to 25 N.m (18 lb ft).

  3. Install the midgate window position switch (2) to the window regulator. Refer to Switch Window Position Replacement - Midgate .
  4. Connect the window regulator electrical connector (1).

  5. Install the midgate window. Refer to Window Replacement - Midgate .
  6. Check and adjust the midgate window alignment to the weatherstrip channel. Refer to Window Replacement - Midgate .
  7. Install the midgate inner panel. Refer to Midgate Panel Replacement - Inner .
