Installation Procedure

  1. Install the recirculation actuator.
    2. NOTE: Refer to Fastener Notice in Cautions and Notices.
  2. Install the screws to the recirculation actuator.

    Tighten:  Tighten the screws to 1.9 N.m (17 lb in).

  3. Install the air inlet assembly.
  4. Install the air inlet assembly screws.

    Tighten:  Tighten the screws to 1.9 N.m (17 lb in).

  5. Connect the electrical connector to the recirculation actuator.
  6. Install the HVAC module assembly. Refer to HVAC Module Assembly Replacement in Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning.
