Installation Procedure

  1. Connect the I/P antenna cable to the communication interface module by pushing on the square plastic housing.

  3. Route the I/P antenna cable along the I/P harness.
  4. Secure the I/P antenna cable to the I/P harness.
  5. Route the body antenna cable behind the I/P bracket.
  6. Connect the body antenna cable to the I/P antenna cable.

  8. Install the carpet.
  9. Install the right front carpet retainer. Refer to Carpet Retainer Replacement - Front in Interior Trim.
  10. Install the right I/P insulator. Refer to Closeout/Insulator Panel Replacement - Right in Instrument Panel, Gages, and Console.
  11. Install the body antenna cable to the inner roof panel and the windshield pillar.

  13. Connect the antenna base lead.
  14. Install the headliner. Refer to Trim Panel Replacement - Side Front Door in Interior Trim.
  15. Install the garnish molding to the right windshield pillar. Refer to Garnish Molding Replacement - Windshield Pillar in Interior Trim.
