Scan Tool Data Definitions

Battery Volts: The scan tool displays the current state of the battery in volts.
Horn Relay Feedback: The scan tool displays Active or Inactive. When the BCM energizes the horn relay, the scan tool will display Active. When the BCM de-energizes the horn relay, the scan tool will display Inactive.
