Removal Procedure
- Remove outlet duct and resonator. Refer to Air Cleaner Assembly Replacement
in Engine Controls.
- Disconnect the negative battery cable. Refer to Battery Negative Cable Disconnect/Connect Procedure .

- Disconnect the positive battery cable at the battery.
- Lift fuse/relay center to access power lead bolt.
- Remove power lead bolt from fuse/relay center.
- Cut the tape holding the 2 cables together at the retainer on the battery tray.

- Cut the tape holding the 2 cables together near the transmission electrical plug.

- Remove the positive battery cable to starter solenoid nut.
- Remove the positive battery cable from the vehicle.
