Removal Procedure

CAUTION: Refer to BATTERY DISCONNECT CAUTION in Cautions and Notices.

Disconnect the negative battery cable.
Disconnect the stoplamp switch electrical connector.
Remove the locknut (2) and the stoplamp switch (1) from the brake pedal bracket (3).
