Removal Procedure

Raise and support the vehicle. Refer to Lifting and Jacking the Vehicle in General Information.
Use J 38778 to remove the push-in retainers holding the engine splash shield to the lower flange of the engine compartment side rail.

Remove the engine splash shield from the lower flange of the engine compartment side rail.
