Removal Procedure

  1. Remove the left sound insulator. Refer to Closeout/Insulator Panel Replacement - Left in Instrument Panel, Gages, and Console.

  2. Remove the fastener (2) from the instrument panel module (IPM).
  3. Rotate the IPM up and out of the instrument panel (I/P) retainer.
  4. Disconnect the electrical connectors from the IPM (1).
