Conditions for Running the DTC

The system voltage is more than 5.23 volts.
The ignition is in Unlock/Accessory or Run position.
DTCs P0601, P0602, P0603, P0604, P0606, P0607 are not set.
DTC P060D runs continuously when the above conditions are met.
