Installation Procedure

  1. Install the run channel weather-strip (3) to the front door window.
  2. Install the push-in retainer (2) at the top of the channel.
    3. NOTE: Refer to Fastener Notice in Cautions and Notices.
  3. Install the channel lower bolt (4).

    Tighten:  Tighten the front door window front run channel lower bolt to 10 N.m (89 lb in).

  4. Install the front door rear view mirror. Refer to Mirror Replacement .
  5. Install the front door window. Refer to Window Replacement - Front Door .
  6. Install the front door water deflector. Refer to Water Deflector Replacement - Front Door .
  7. Install the front door trim panel. Refer to Trim Panel Replacement - Side Front Door .
