Installation Procedure

  1. Install the lower AIR pump bolts/nuts.
    2. NOTE: Refer to Fastener Notice in Cautions and Notices.
  2. Install the upper AIR pump.

    Tighten:  Tighten the upper and lower AIR pump to cradle bolts to 9 N.m (80 lb in).

  3. Reconnect the AIR pump electrical connector.
  4. Install the AIR outlet hose and pinch clamp to the AIR pump (2).
  5. Install the AIR inlet hose to the AIR pump (2).
