Removal Procedure

Remove the front door trim panel. Refer to Front Side Door Trim Panel Replacement .
Remove the front door water deflector. Refer to Front Side Door Water Deflector Replacement .
Temporally connect the power window switch to the door wiring harness and raise the window far enough in order to gain access through the inner door panel to the window guide channel to window bolts.

Remove the bolts (2) that attach the window guide channel to the window.
Raise the window to the full up position and tape in place.

Disconnect the electrical connector (2) from the power window motor by pulling out on the tab (1).

Loosen the bolt on the window regulator motor (5).
Lift the motor free of the retaining slot.
Remove the bolts from the front door window regulator (1, 2, 3, 4).
Remove the window regulator and motor through the access opening in the inner door panel.
Remove the power window motor from the window regulator. Refer to Front Side Door Window Regulator Motor Replacement .
