Installation Procedure

Position the assist rods to the liftgate window.
Install the upper end of the assist rods to the ball joint. Press in to place until fully seated.

Install the lower end of the assist rods to the ball joint. Press in to place until fully seated.
Remove the support from the liftgate window.
Close the liftgate window.
