Installation Procedure

  1. Install the reservoir to the bracket.
    2. NOTE: Refer to Installing Hoses without Twists or Bends Notice .
  2. Install the reservoir outlet hose and the hose clamp to the reservoir.
  3. Install the reservoir inlet hose and the hose clamp to the reservoir.
    4. NOTE: Refer to Using Proper Power Steering Fluid Notice .
  4. Add fluid to the reservoir. Refer to Checking and Adding Power Steering Fluid .
    5. NOTE: Refer to Air in the Power Steering System Notice .
  5. Bleed the power steering system. Refer to Power Steering System Bleeding .

  6. Install the reservoir cap (2).
