Installation Procedure

  1. Install the yaw rate sensor/lateral accelerometer sensor (2) to the vehicle.
    2. NOTE: Refer to Fastener Notice .
  2. Install the yaw rate sensor/lateral accelerometer sensor to yaw rate sensor/lateral accelerometer mounting bracket retaining nuts (3).

    Tighten:  Tighten the nuts to 9 Nm (80 lb in).

  3. Connect the yaw rate sensor/lateral accelerometer sensor electrical connector (1).
  4. Install center console. Refer to Front Floor Console Replacement .
