Removal Procedure

  1. Remove antenna mast. Refer to Fixed Antenna Mast Replacement .
  2. Remove the headliner. Refer to Headlining Trim Panel Replacement .
  3. Remove the 4 retainers (4) which secure the antenna cable (3) to the roof (5).

  4. Disconnect the rear antenna extension cable. Refer to Radio Antenna Cable Extension Cable Replacement .
  5. Remove the nut (4) which secures the antenna cable base (1) to the roof of the vehicle.

  6. Release the 2 tabs (2) from the antenna cable base (1).
  7. Remove the antenna base cable assembly (1) from the vehicle.
