Circuit/System Verification
- Ignition ON, verify that no theft deterrent, engine, or automatic transmission DTCs are that would cause the ECM to not enable engine starting.
- If any DTCs are set, go to Diagnostic Trouble Code (DTC) List - Vehicle .
- Clear the DTCs. Attempt to start the engine. Verify that DTC P0615 does not set.
- If DTC P0615 sets, go to Circuit/System Testing .
- Go to Testing for Intermittent Conditions and Poor Connections .
