Installation Procedure

Install the connectors to the horn terminal and the driver air bag module.
Install the driver air bag module (1).

CAUTION: Refer to Fastener Caution .

Install the new driver air bag mounting bolts (2) and tighten to 15 N.m (11 lb ft).
Install the steering wheel control switches, if equipped. Refer to Steering Wheel Control Switch Assembly Replacement .
Connect the negative battery cable.
