Removal Procedure

- Raise and support the vehicle. Refer to Lifting and Jacking the Vehicle .
- Remove the front wheel. Refer to Tire and Wheel Removal and Installation .
- Remove the front caster arm. Refer to Front Lower Control Front Arm Replacement .
- Remove the front caster arm bushing (2) from the front caster arm (3) using the KM-619 (1) and CH-48510 (4). See Special Tools .
- Inspect the front caster arm (3) for damage.

IMPORTANT:
The bushing must be lubricated with soapy water solution to ease the removal process.
IMPORTANT:
It is recommended to observe the orientation and the depth of the bushing with reference to the original position. Adhering to this recommendation will minimize the potential of incorrect bush installation.
