Power Steering Control Module Setup

The steering angle sensor initialization and steering shaft torque sensor zero point calibration must be performed if any of the following has occurred:

• The power steering control module has been replaced.
• The power steering link has been replaced.
• Steering effort differs between left and right.

Perform the steering angle sensor initialization and steering shaft torque sensor zero point calibration. Refer to Steering Angle Sensor Initialization and Steering Shaft Torque Sensor Zero Point Calibration (Manual) or Steering Angle Sensor Initialization and Steering Shaft Torque Sensor Zero Point Calibration (Scan Tool) .
