Installation Procedure

  1. Lubricate the MAP sensor O-ring seal with clean engine oil.
    2. CAUTION: Refer to Fastener Caution .
  2. Install the MAP sensor and bolt and tighten the bolt to 10 N.m (89 lb in).

  3. Connect the engine wiring harness electrical connector (1) to the MAP sensor.
  4. Install the fuel injector sight shield. Refer to Fuel Injector Sight Shield Replacement .
